The exact-head Build is now successful, clearing the earlier timeout/cancelled-job gate. My Flink-specific source conclusion remains clear; the three explicitly non-blocking recommendations in the full review remain non-blocking. The separate stack dependency on #12208 and #12209 is not cleared by this green check, and the unresolved source requests on #12209 still need resolution before the stack can merge.
