Synced `dev` (3ac2d1cec6a) into this branch as 93e442cddb4 to pick up the current CI matrix and the merged upstream fixes. Plain merge commit, no conflicts; the diff against `dev` is still the same 32 files (per-connector Debezium pom declarations, `DebeziumAdapter` SPI implementations and tests, `incompatible-changes.md` entries); none of the pom files conflicted and I did not hand-edit any of them. One thing to watch in CI: `dev` now contains the new `connector-cdc-pg-base` module from #11029, which depends on `connector-cdc-base` as `provided` and imports `io.debezium` without declaring Debezium itself, so it previously picked Debezium up transitively from `connector-cdc-base`. With this PR making those dependencies `provided` in `connector-cdc-base`, that module may need its own Debezium declaration; that is a pom change outside this sync and is left for the PR owner to decide. Compile and tests are left to the fork Build run per the validation policy: https://github.com/Danie lLeens/seatunnel/actions/runs/41163009007 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
