The previously queued Build has now failed in two lanes. Updated-modules part 2 JDK 11 reports PostgresCDCIT parameter/container setup failure because Docker Hub returned HTTP 502 fetching the Flink image blob; retry that failed lane once the registry is reachable. Kafka JDK 17 separately reports KafkaFormatIT.testFormatCompatibleTombstoneCheck:526 -> assertCommittedOffsetReached:1049 timing out. The Kafka fixture is unchanged in latest dev, so no demonstrated upstream fix makes sync alone the remedy. Retry that lane separately and preserve committed-offset/broker logs if it repeats. Neither result proves the OceanBase packaging acceptance path passed; retain its specific job result separately. My source conclusion remains clear, with CI still blocking.
