While preparing the patch I noticed the scan results are broader than the ten converters, so the PR also fixes the same pattern in the remaining type mappers/converters (`Gbase8aTypeMapper`, `HiveTypeMapper`, `PhoenixTypeConverter`, `PrestoTypeMapper`, `SnowflakeTypeConverter`, `SqliteTypeMapper`, `TablestoreTypeMapper`, `TeradataTypeMapper`, `VerticaTypeMapper`, the column type lookup in `PostgresDialect`) and in the catalog classes (`DamengDataTypeConvertor`, `DuckDBCatalog`, `MySqlCatalog`, `OceanBaseMySqlCatalog`, `OceanBaseOracleCreateTableSqlBuilder`, `RedshiftCatalog`, `RedshiftDataTypeConvertor`, `SqlServerURLParser`, `XuguCatalog`, `YashanDbCatalog`).
