Thanks for clarifying, @DanielLeens. I've now merged the latest dev
(`70ef5cd54`) and pushed `02312129a`. GitHub reports the PR as conflict-free.

Both EN/ZH migration notes keep the Ingres and MySQL DATETIME entries, along
with all newer upstream entries and the release grouping. The Ingres
implementation and tests are unchanged.

Validation on the merged tree passed: all 68 reactor modules completed
`spotless:apply verify`, and all 33 focused tests passed with no failures,
errors or skips. The PR description now records these results for the new head.

   The [new fork
Build](https://github.com/1328837476-hug/seatunnel/actions/runs/41461580862) is
running. The [Apache PR signal
workflow](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/actions/runs/41461591147) reports
`action_required`; could a maintainer approve that workflow when convenient?
This head is ready for re-review, with fresh CI and committer approval still
pending. Real-Ingres validation remains open.
