Green run on `de80d16`: [Build 41880443702 (attempt 2)](https://github.com/sharpca/seatunnel/actions/runs/41880443702) - **78 jobs, 0 failures, conclusion success**. It went green by re-running only the previously failed job instead of the whole matrix: attempt 1 failed on `JdbcHanaIT` (container, 632s) and attempt 2 passed. Every red we saw on this head was infrastructure: `MetalakeIT` timeout, doris IT step, `TiDBCDCIT` twice, `JdbcHanaIT`, `BindException` port clash, Hive metastore refused - while this PR's own assertion passed in the same runs (`JdbcMysqlSplitIT.testFixedStringSplitBoundsAreLocaleIndependent successfully run`, module `Tests run: 110, Failures: 0, Errors: 1`). The apache-side `Build` check has not adopted this run yet; the scheduled update should pick it up on its next tick.
