[~lskuff] The thrift changes are backward compatible. It has both these fields
as optional in the [sentry_policy_service
IDL|https://github.com/apache/incubator-sentry/blob/master/sentry-provider/sentry-provider-db/src/main/resources/sentry_policy_service.thrift#L108]
[~dapengsun] As discussed in the SENTRY-390 review, please file a followup
ticket to raise more meaningful errors in case of field mismatch by checking
the protocol version.
