Resolution: Fixed
GeoAPI task is https://github.com/opengeospatial/geoapi/issues/17
GeoAPI interfaces have been updated and Apache SIS implementation updated
accordingly. The main changes is simplification in Record and RecordType API,
with some methods deprecated for removal.
