The StanbolEnhancementStructure requires to also add triples for
super-properties to ease consumption of Enhancement results for users that do
not have reasoning support.
Because of that for an fise:EntityAnnotation that dc:requires an other
fise:EntityAnnotation also the dc:relation property MUST BE added to the
Enhancement metadata.
