Having a look at the engines in /enhancer/engines I recognized that it would be
best to move nearly all engines to /enhancer-thirdparty-engines. I would
suggest to keep only the 'langdetect' engine as an example engine that is
released with the enhancer. All other engines may have different release cycles
and should be handled separately.
