Description:
To make it easier to maintain and release versions of the enhancer we should
move all enhancement engines in /enhancer/engines into /enhancer-engines.
By moving the engines into their own top-level folder we can release them
separately. We can also release some of them along with an enhancer release if
we like.
Note: The former approach was to move only some of the engines. But we came to
the conclusion that it makes no sense. Instead move all of them.

The engines to be moved are those with dependencies to 3rd-party components.
This encloses also components that require other Stanbol components, e.g. the
refactor engine requires the rules component.
The goal is to keep only a small amount of default engines in /enhancer/engines
that can be released easily as they do not have any dependencies to required
components. This make it easier to cut releases and to avoid cyclic release
dependencies.
