When using Bootstrap 4 – happy this improvment now lets me, so thank you for
this Improvment – the Palette component no longer works unless custom 'select'
and 'deselect' Assets are configured. The Palette component defaults to using
the Glyphicon component which, however, also depends on Bootstrap 3. Bootstrap
4 no longer includes the Glyph icon library by default. See
