A new component, FontAwesomeIcon, was created using the last
open-source-friendly version of Font Awesome, 4.7.0. In addition, when
Bootstrap 3 isn't used, this new component automatically and transparently
replaces Glyphicon, which is used in some built-in components like Palette and
is included in Bootstrap 3, but not Bootstrap 4. This way, any application
using Glyphicon directly or indirectly will continue working when using
Bootstrap 4 or not Bootstrap, even though the icons themselves look different,
of course.
