Thanks a lot for that context! I realize it's no easy ask for migration
instructions from 2008. Thanks for digging up what you could already. Should
there be a dump of those instructions available, maybe even only as an
attachment to this issue then that will already help me on my way here. Should
be much smoother once on v5, and thanks for not breaking the API since!
