Ah apologies; I misunderstood; I thought there must have at one point been more
upgrade instructions pulled from that external source which weren't showing up.
If indeed this is all the documentation available then we'll just have to look
at 5.x anew and work our way back from there. Thanks for the pointers! Welcome
to keep this issue open to drop the scrollbar, or close as it sounds like the
steps were known already.
