 ==== asString() No Longer Allow Nulls
-The `asString()` step will no longer allow `null` input. An

-==== Javascript Set Deserialization
+==== Serialization Changes
+
+*Properties on Element Serialization in Python & Javascript*
+
+Element properties handling has been inconsistent across GLVs.
Previously,`gremlin-python` deserialized empty properties

Review Comment:
   It's more of making it consistent with Java deserialization of properties
into lists. Go already deserialize into empty slices, will have to see about
updating the structure, but good point on .NET, a change is needed there. I'd
say it's a separate PR though.
