@tqchen it looks like the docker daemon did not start in the CI instance https://ci.tlcpack.ai/blue/organizations/jenkins/tvm/detail/PR-7917/9/pipeline/259 how can one re-trigger the build? it looks like an issue with the CI machine/vm itself.
