@tqchen @tkonolige @areusch Thanks for the discussions. For ```ShouldRun``` and ```runBeforePass``` problem, I will check how LLVM and MLIR deal with multiple instrument instances in detail these days. Also @areusch points to error handling, I really appreciate it. 👍 I will check these too, and then come up a solution.
