- BUG: I was compiling dynamic shape functions for the target even though
they must always stay on the cpu. Fixed, but it means a bit more bookkeeping in
Interpreter.
- Cleaned up flattening of tuples, both for TupleType/TensorType and
runtime::ADT/runtime::NDArray.
