quickstart guide doesn't work for snapshots

I'm creating wicket quickstart from archetype and use command from
http://wicket.apache.org/quickstart.html. If I choose version 1.3.0-snapshot,
it fails saying "Embedded error: Archetype does not exist." Though maven
command works if I choose other versions.
There was such a problem before 1.3.0 release.
