this is not a priority for core devs. if a user wants to submit a complete dtd
we will be happy to include it. each markup editor allows you to either learn
or disable the tags, so there are plenty of very easy workaround. in fact, most
editors will be happy with xmlns:wicket in your html tag. anyways, feel free to
submit a better version.
