Running the quickstart with trunk and RC5.1 produces the same sequences: 3, 8,
9, 5, 4, 1, 2, 6, 7.
And according to
org.apache.wicket.markup.renderStrategy.ChildFirstHeaderRenderStrategy this is
correct.
