What I propose is to use old {{archetype}} for all quickstarts :)
{{org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-archetype-plugin:3.2.1:generate}} works for me
as expected while I got error with {{archetype:generate}} ....
I would use old archetype until maven-4 final will be released :))
