## What is the purpose of the pull request With the project rename from OneTable -> XTable and the repo migration. Here is first step to quickly get some user/community facing artifacts updated. After this PR, then we still need to update the website/docs domain hosting and also refactor the website code to an appropriate branch or repo to follow Apache way. ## Brief change log Here is a summary of things I changed: - Website updated all mentions of OneTable -> XTable - Added Apache incubation footer - Docs updated all mentions of OneTable -> XTable - Updated links to new repo - Added blog that describes the name change for the community ## Verify this pull request - I verified these changes following the documentation to build and test the docs and website -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
