After a night of sleep, the following occurred to me:
a) the stuff in sbin should actually be in libexec, along with hadoop-config.sh
b) hdfs, mapred, and hadoop-dameon.sh (assuming those are all admin tools)
should be in sbin
c) why include/c++ ? shouldn't it just be include?
