[~PieterReuse], thanks for diving deep into the practical usage of mtime in
that last response. I agree with the trade-off. Let's proceed with this.
I see just one more test that needs a {{@Ignore}} annotation:
{{TestS3AFileContextMainOperations#testSetVerifyChecksum}}. I'll be +1 after
that.
