Thank you for review. Patch v006 is posted to 
1. make asyncCallCounter final
2. add extra message for AsyncCallLimitExceededException
3. removed one-time call guarantee for Callable.

I think we might need to keep 
ClientNamenodeProtocolTranslatorPB#RETURN_VALUE_CALLBACK. Without this, the 
logic on how to extract result from message has to be moved to 
AsyncDistributedFileSystem, which makes AsyncDistributedFileSystem quite 
heavy-weight.
