1. Agree with you, the JIRA titile should be more explicit, and easy to be
understood
2. yes, we turn on the root test and get file status tests in contract options.
3. we test against public Aliyun OSS service, and there is a dedicated oss
bucket(both in Shanghai & North America) created for Hadoop testing provided by
Aliyun.
