Are there any tools that analyze public vs. private usage of dependencies?
Seems important but I've not seen any.
bq. where public includes those bits of the private APIs which are actually
needed to produce working code.
Can you elaborate on this? My (naive) impression was that anything not "leaked"
in method-signatures could be shaded.
