I cannot work on this issue and fix the test failures because I don't have the
environments for testing.

Removing the dependency is marked as blocker for 3.0.0-beta1. If we cannot
remove the dependency in hadoop-openstack module, maybe we need to consider
dropping the module itself and using the sahara-extra implementation
(https://github.com/openstack/sahara-extra/tree/master/hadoop-swiftfs) instead.
