Ah, moved findbug-exclude pattern for hard coded
{{DockerLinuxContainerRuntime#CGROUPS_ROOT_DIRECTORY}} from the sub-module to
{{hadoop-yarn/dev-support/findbugs-exclude.xml}}, otherwise the sub-module
definition will override the parent pom (which caused the new warnings in
latest jenkins report). Uploaded v5 patch.
