I have a pretty strong preference for this approach. There's only a couple of
tests that need it, and I think having the rest of the tests running on top of
a well-used table often is a very valuable thing. Renamed to forgetMetadata.
I'm also going to pull the trigger on Submit Patch to get some public Yetus
runs, since we seem to be coming up on the end here.
