You are going to have to hit submit for yetus to look at the patch, and get the 
machine happy before you get the full peer review.

Before that, can you state: which Azure endpoint have you run *all* the azure 
tests against?

This is the policy we're going to be enforcing; the requirement for you to 
declare that you've done the test is our barrier to anything untested going in

I don't see any new tests here BTW. Why not?
