Hi Steve,
I ran the all azure tests against azure west-us.
There were no new tests because no new functionality was introduced. The code
only changed how we got a reference to a CloudBlob -- the functionality after
getting the reference, remained the same.
In any case, I added some tests that flip the flags for using blob-specific
sas-keys in the second patch.
I also submitted patch.002 to yetus.
