This fixes licensing problems, doesn't it? so it should be tagged as a blocker
for 3.0 beta
Patch-wise, LGTM, though this is a good time to fix the spelling of the test
from {{TestJWTRedirectAuthentictionHandler}} to
{{TestJWTRedirectAuthenticationHandler}}
