unless there's an objection, I plan to make this a separate jenkins job.
sketch:
* Per branch shaded client
* clean checkout
* local install
* run check-invariants
* run check-test-invariants
* run hadoop-client-integration-tests
I'll do this via a script in dev-support that the jenkins job will call. that
way the logic is under source control and can be contributed to normally. if
anyone has a preference between that script just going into {{dev-support/bin}}
vs a new support dir e.g. {{dev-support/nightly}}, please speak up ([~aw]?).
Otherwise my inclination is going to be something like
{{dev-support/bin/nightly-integration-tests}}.
