I worry that, like a lot of other jobs that are running on Jenkins, it will get
ignored if it isn't sending reports to the dev mailing lists. If it is sending
its own email, then we get into the problem of "too much". So I'd really
prefer this be part of QBT's output. (QBT should probably be running and
reporting on ITs, packaging, etc. anyway.)
