* fix checkstyle warnings as far as possible (that's pretty much it now)
*review and edit hadoop-aws site docs; rendering, looking for errors. Fixing
any errors. The previous patch had a bit of the docs of HADOOP-14965 in, as I'd
applied that patch over for perf and failed to roll that bit back. oops!
Testing: s3 ireland w/ dynamo; downstream in my cloud integration tests too
