Patch 005 includes some minor updates:
# Updates to exception messages.
# Logging of isNamespaceEnabled and change to set it without boxing/unboxing.
# Remove "X-HTTP-Method-Override" usage.
# Fix some javadoc issues.
# Order imports alphabetically, with import static at bottom.
However, I discovered that PATCH is not supported on Java 8 either, so I added
"X-HTTP-Method-Override" back. All tests pass with this change:
*Tests run: 265, Failures: 0, Errors: 0, Skipped: 11*
*Tests run: 1, Failures: 0, Errors: 0, Skipped: 0*
*Tests run: 861, Failures: 0, Errors: 0, Skipped: 262*
*Tests run: 186, Failures: 0, Errors: 0, Skipped: 10*
I will submit the patch.
