Thanks for checking the dist  [~eyang] and [~billie.rinaldi], I think I fixed 
the issue by adding the dist profile and tuning the dist generation.
I tested and it seems to do the trick, not sure if it's the right way though.

I also have questions about:
* YarnRegistryAttributes: it mentions YARN entities. It looks like is using 
also as generic entities.
* PersistencePolicies: it has the concept of app, container, etc. This is used 
in the unit tests and around.
I'm not sure they are fine staying in hadoop-registry.
