[~mackrorysd], The 001 patch was pointing a wrong resource url, and it is based
on the azure documentation(which might not be 100% correct).
Since it works for you when you provided tenant id and client id, I am
submitting a 002 patch, which only removes the null check for tenantId and
clientId(the rest logic remains the same to ADL) , could you try this? Sorry
for the inconvenience...
