[~mackrorysd] I got the time to check the logs, the failed request you shared
is caused by need the *blob permission*. I'm wondering if there is any
configuration issues.. But since it works for you before setting the
tenantid/client id to empty, it is really weird.
I am trying to set create and test MSI by myself, it might take sometime since
I am not familiar with this, hopefully I can give a update soon.
