I'm happy with as is, as you note: it only does the RPC if you ask. The big
enemy there is someone doing a "hadoop fs -ls -sp /" .
Maybe we'd consider a limit on how many policies asked for before stopping; set
it to say, 100. If you want more ask for them by name or set a pattern
