Created a pr with a mod in hadoop-tools to run unit test on it.
Currently testing (have modifications in):
* hadoop-common-project
* hadoop-hdfs-project
* hadoop-mapreduce-project
* hadoop-yarn-project
Additional tests with the new PR:
* hadoop-tools
Manual testing to do:
* hadoop-tools/hadoop-aws
