We still have two findbugs issue:
* org.apache.hadoop.conf.Configuration.writeXml fixed in HADOOP-16218 but
committed after retrigger
* org.apache.hadoop.hdfs.qjournal.server.Journal.getPersistedPaxosData fixed in
HADOOP-16230, not committed yet.
After HADOOP-16230 is committed I will retrigger the precommit build and we
should not have any findbugs errors.
