The protocol interface that is being added is based on subset of functionality
described in
http://www.opencf.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/specs/ra/resource-agent-api.txt?rev=HEAD.
Of the OCF functionality monitor, promote and demote is added. This interface
will be used for building Namenode HA functionality.
