I will do the same steps ensuring nothing is accidentally missing.
I'd rather emphasise that using homebrew is not mandatory. You can manually
install all the install dependencies on your own, or you can use a tool that
helps you to do it like homebrew, but even in that case homebrew is not
exclusive.
Also YARN-8622 and YARN-9487 got committed to branch-3.2, so it will be in the
next maintenance release on the 3.2 line. I would just simply say that 3.2.0
will not compile, but 3.2.1 does. Thus one doesn't have to bother with the
backport.
