This Jira is very deceptively named. One would not expect an Azure dubbed
change to change the NN and its filesystem impl and S3. Please don't change
hdfs on a seemingly bengin sounding Jira in common. Break it out.
I superficially skimmed the Jira and it's not clear if _any_ of the rename
semantics have changed incompatibly changed? Like the renaming into/over
directories since a lots of docs were updated? Exceptions?
