Thanks [~tasanuma] for pinging. I like the simplicity of this patch and think
it would be useful. Could you please create a github PR for this and fix the
failed UT?
On the patch, I'm thinking whether it will be useful to allow admins
dynamically refresh the list rather than having to do a full restart and
failover. Wonder if you have any thoughts there. Also, can you share some
results of using this in your clusters?
