Show the default configuration value in /conf servlet as well

HADOOP-6408 has shown all the configuration values in the configuration file in
/conf servlet.
But some of the configuration value do not exit in config file but be set in
the code as default value.
It would be nice to show all these default configuration values in the servlet
as well.
